Network Pharmacology-based Investigation and Experimental Discovery of Resveratrol’s Mechanism of Liver Ischemia Reperfusion-Induced Oxidative Stress Damage

Background: This study was aimed to investigate the hepatoprotective effect of RSV against oxidative stress damage which we induced an experimental liver Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) model in rats. Methods: Female albino rats were divided into three groups (n = 8). Contrast control group, 1 ml saline (0.09 % NaCl) administered intraperitoneally two days before operation and after reperfusion sham group. 50 mg/kg Resveratrol treatment group until operation. In addition, a single dose re-administered reperfusion. The duration ischemia/reperfusion determined as 30 minutes all groups. At end this experiment, antioxidant enzyme (CAT, SOD) activities levels malondialdehyde (MDA) measured spectrophotometric tissues homogenates. Result: Our study, tissue injuries observed Sham (p less than 0.001). significant decreases MDA compared (SOD. CAT) significantly increased Liver samples examined for hepatocyte histopathological grade shown. our edema, necrosis PMNL infiltration found be decreased association resveratrol with also by network pharmacology analysis.
